About
Meet Geoff
Like my approach to longevity, my career did not change overnight; it evolved.
I began my professional life as a Chartered Accountant, building a strong technical foundation in finance and business. From there, my work expanded into estate and succession planning, supporting families navigating legacy, wealth transfer and intergenerational transition.
This naturally led to financial planning.
Over time I realised that financial planning works best when it follows direction. Longevity Planning helps clients define the direction of their lives before financial strategy is built.
Across these disciplines, I observed something important:
Even the most technically sound financial advice only works when it aligns with the direction of a person’s life, not simply their balance sheet.

Connecting The Dots
Across decades of experience, I observed a consistent pattern. People were financially prepared, but not always certain what they were preparing for.
Retirement was funded, yet undefined. Structures were in place, yet priorities were often unarticulated.
This shift in focus wasn’t a dramatic pivot, but more a refinement - a gradual recognition that direction should always precede strategy.
This is what defines my Longevity Planning method today.
What is a Longevity Plan?
A Longevity Plan forms the foundation for your 100-year life. It sits before financial strategy and estate structuring.
It defines:
- Your values
- Your balanced goals
- Your priorities across vitality, security, connection, purpose and legacy
- The direction you want the next decades to take
Only once that direction is established does financial planning become precise.
My Longevity Rituals
How I put theory into practice
Longevity Planning is not just a framework - it is something I aim to live myself. Over time, I’ve developed my own set of longevity rituals that evolve alongside my life.
- Cold plunges and ice baths
- Open water and pool swimming
- Strength training
- Yoga on the beach
- Active involvement in my local Rotary
- Staying connected across generations
These practices aren’t about performance. They support vitality, resilience and staying engaged - physically, mentally, and socially.
