The Longevity Method
Longevity Planning helps you define the direction of your life before financial strategy is built.
A Structured Approach To A 100-year Life
Planning for a long life is different to planning for retirement. It requires more than projections - it demands defined direction.
The Longevity Method is a disciplined process designed to establish alignment before financial strategy is built.
It’s not a static plan, but a structured way of navigating change as life evolves.

How The Longevity Method Works
Stage 1
Clarify what matters
Before modelling, structuring or implementation, we’ll identify the values that will anchor your decisions. Through guided reflection across vitality, security, connection, purpose, and generosity, we can articulate what genuinely matters to you.
It’s not generic goal-setting, but rather, intentional alignment.
Stage 2
Define balanced goals
Values without direction will drift. Direction without balance will distort. To remedy this, we’ll shape your goals across three levels:
- Essential - what must be protected
- Aspirational - what can be built
- Legacy - what will endure beyond you
Stage 3
Test the direction
Before committing to a strategy, we examine your direction through a broader lens.
Where are you aligned?
Where are you stretched?
Are any areas of life under- or over-weighted?
This stage provides confidence that the direction you are setting truly reflects the life you want to live.
Stage 4
Build the structure
Once we’ve established alignment, we can move to implementation. This looks like:
- Financial modelling
- Estate integration
- Investment alignment
- Protection and continuity
Here, your Longevity Plan becomes structured - but it is never final. Instead, it’s reviewed, refined, and lived as you progress through life.
